Please note that for guests wishing to park their car in a secure car park, secure public car parks are available upon reservation around Nice for variable charges. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. 這難道會是今後酒駕脫罪的大絕招嗎？去年8月間，新北市一名王姓男子駕車載妻子外出用餐，後來卻因倒車不慎擦撞，與對方駕駛談不攏賠償，因此報警處理；不料在警方到達現場前，王男竟跑去一旁超市買了啤酒與烈酒，當街大喝了起來，警方到場後測得他酒測值是0.61毫克酒測值。後來士林地院認為，沒有確切的證據能顯示，王男是在肇事前喝的酒，因此判其無罪。
判決指出，去年8月15日晚間，王男駕車載妻子外出吃飯慶生，後來卻因為倒車不慎擦撞到後方車輛，和對方駕駛談不攏賠償金額，因此只好報警處理。
不料在警方抵達現場前，王男疑似「急中生智」，竟趕緊跑到一旁超市買了2罐啤酒、1罐烈酒，當街大喝了起來，待警員到場並為他實施酒測時，發現酒測值果然已超標，將他帶回警局訊問，最後被依公共危險、公然侮辱等罪嫌起訴。
案經士林地院審理，王男矢口否認自己有酒駕，還理直氣壯表示，對方其實只要求他賠償2000元，若是他真有酒駕，「又怎麼敢叫他去報警呢？」
然而受害駕駛則證稱，案發當時他與王男理論時，已聞到王男身上散發著淡淡酒味，懷疑他涉嫌酒駕。但法官卻認為，沒有確切的證據能夠證明王男有在肇事前飲酒，因此判其無罪。

主打24小時營業、平價消費的連鎖湯包店「不貽樣」，擁有「湯包界的超商」之稱，近年來在北台灣加盟高達70多家，深受饕客喜愛。日前卻有民眾吃了湯包後肚子不舒服，意外查出該店的中央廚房竟是地下工廠，員工除了沒有戴口罩、手套等衛生措施外，甚至有人工作到一半，大喇喇的用手摳腳，食品衛生令人堪憂。
據《壹週刊》報導，該名民眾吃下湯包不適後，原本好心提醒店家注意衛生，卻遭員工嗆罵鬧事，並趕出店外。因不滿店家態度惡劣，他自主跟著「不貽樣」的餐車前往中央廚房調查，到了桃園市蘆竹區的一間工廠後，才發現工廠不但沒有任何招牌標示，也非登記湯包店或是食品工廠，明顯是地下工廠。
此外，民眾直擊廠內食材幾乎都裝在地上的塑膠袋中，不僅員工多數沒有戴頭套、口罩或手套，女員工們還邊工作邊聊天，講的口沫橫飛， 絲毫不在意口水噴濺到湯包盤上，甚至有穿著拖鞋的員工工作到一半突然腳癢，直接用手摳腳，抓完癢後沒洗手就繼續上工，環境衛生讓人看了直搖頭。
桃園衛生局接獲報後派遣稽查人員突擊，對方卻拒絕開門，經查後發現，「不貽樣」連鎖湯包店總店竟用「御品香點心坊」的名稱登記在桃園，在台北則以原名登記，不過皆沒有食品工廠登記紀錄。
雖然「不貽樣」在短時間內拓展多間分店，卻引爆如此嚴重的食安問題，員工訓練也明顯不足，而在這樣隱密的工廠裡生產供應全台的湯包與排骨酥等食品，著實讓民眾難以接受。
