基隆一名42歲吳姓女子，本月6日晚間騎車載著11個大的女兒，行經基隆市精一路時，機車後照鏡不慎擦撞到38歲傅姓男子，吳女頻頻道歉，但喝醉的傅男卻揮拳毆打吳女鼻子，吳女當場被打得鮮血直流，她擔心女兒遭波及，用雙手護住女兒，但傅男仍不斷朝吳女頭部攻擊，一旁民眾見狀急忙上前將兩人拉開並報警處理。
警方調查，傅男酒後走在精一路上時，被吳女機車的後照鏡擦撞到右手，傅男因而不滿質問，吳女也頻頻道歉，但傅男不但不接受，還直接揮拳毆打吳女鼻子，導致她鼻血直流，傅男見狀還不解氣，仍揮拳猛朝吳女頭部攻擊，吳女擔心未滿一歲的女兒會遭到波及，只好用雙手緊緊抱著女兒保護著她。
路旁民眾見狀趕緊上前協助，將兩人拉開並報警處理，傅男宣稱因自己手被撞到，才會想找對方理論，但對方態度不好，自己又喝了酒，氣憤下才會發生衝突。而吳女則有多處擦傷，懷裡的女嬰頭部也被打到一下，導致額頭腫脹，吳女稱撞到人的當下已經向對方道歉，但傅男卻直接打人，還傷到女兒，堅持向傅男提告傷害。
據了解，傅男脾氣暴躁，有毒品、傷害前科，今年3月間就曾因不滿工人施工擋道，拿鐵棍打傷工人，沒想到才隔不到半年，又因打人進了派出所。
